By far, Rolex timepieces is the brand we service and repair the most.
It's not surprising given that Suzie has worked on Rolex watches for more than 30 years.
She has completed, recently, a master course at Rolex.

When Suzie services a Rolex, she completes the following steps:
- Disassembly of the bracelet from the case, clean the bracelet and refinish the bracelet to original form.
- An introductory cleaning of the movement while assembled.
- Disassembly of the movement, checking each part and replacing parts that are worn.
- Cleaning the disassembled movement.
- At the very minimum, we replace the mainspring which is the "heart" of the movement and any other parts deemed necessary.
- Assemble the movement, paying great attention to the various oils needed to different parts of the movement
- Regulating the timepiece in various positions for 3 days.
