Fine watch repair and servicing including, Rolex, Patek Philippe,
Omega, Tag Heuer, Audemars Piguet, and vintage watches to name a few.
We proudly service nearly all fine automatic movements, manual winding movements, and quartz timepieces.
Estimates are FREE at Rafael Jewelers Inc.
and we will contact you in about a week upon receipt with the estimate of the repair.
If you decline the estimate, we will charge you $15-$25 to send your watch back
with the appropriate insurance value and handling.
Should you decide to have us repair your fine watch, the normal time is 3-4 weeks,
which reflects the detailed effort to properly service your timepiece.
If there is a particular deadline that you would like to receive it by, please let us know,
and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Once we receive authorization from you to conduct the repair, we will:
- Complete disassembly of the entire timepiece.
- Thoroughly clean all moving parts by bathing them in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Replace all worn parts with the genuine parts.
- Proper lubrication with the appropriate oils during
assembly.
- Timing and regulating for accuracy.
- Polish bracelet and case.
- Water test your watch so that it is water resistant
to original standards.
Once your watch has been serviced
- Timing watch one more time for accuracy.
- You will be contacted to let you know it is completed.
- Your watch will be carefully packaged and sent to you.
